Project 1- Building Blocks of the Visual Language + Camera Basics

Introduction

    Hello! My name is Hannah Cook. I am currently a graduate student at UC. I was in the Masters of Mental Health Counseling program for a year but I am in the process of switching to the Instructional Design and Technology course. I am taking two IDT classes this Summer but I decided since my course load was lighter than normal I would do something I enjoy and take this photography course as well. Photography has always been one of my hobbies and I decided it was time to learn more about it and try to grow my skills and passion. Outside of school, I work at Ruth's Chris Steak House as a cook and a food runner. I live with my best friend and we have 4 cats whom I love so dearly and take way too many pictures of. I am so excited to see what I can learn in this class and can't wait to get started! 

    I was going to post a serious picture of myself but I feel this represents my personality much better. This was taken by my friend while I was on my way to my first day of grad school last fall.
